At VetCheck Pet Urgent Care Center, we believe that every pet deserves nothing but the best. From routine check-ups to complex medical procedures and emergency vet services, we are dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure the well-being of your beloved companions.

Dr. Siva Nalabotu
Dr. Siva Nalabotu, DVM, MS, PhD., is a board-eligible veterinary toxicologist dedicated to bringing accessible, affordable, and compassionate care to communities, believing every pet deserves the gold standard of treatment. With a background in preventative, evidence-based, surgical, and emergency medicine, Dr. Nalabotu's passion for animal welfare began in rural India, leading him to establish the VetCheck Pet Urgent Care Center in Fishers, Indiana. Through his practice, he provides exceptional wellness and emergency care while also supporting other veterinarians in experiencing the fulfillment of practice ownership.


Dr. Samantha Davis
Dr. Samantha Davis specializes in small animal medicine but has background in wildlife rehabilitation and marine life conservation. Dr. Sam thrives off being able to assist multiple different species in need!


Dr. Kevin Sang
Dr. Sang grew up in Melbourne, Florida—a charming town on the east coast—where he discovered his love for veterinary science early on. After graduating from the University of Florida in 2020 with bachelor degree in Biochemistry (go Gators!), he pursued his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Georgia, focusing on emergency and critical care. Passionate about working in the fast-paced environments of the ICU and ER, Dr. Sang strives to make a real difference in the lives of animals when they need it most.


Dr. Vishnu Munagala, DVM
Dr. Vishnu Munagala is a dedicated veterinarian with a passion for animal health and welfare. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, India followed by an internship in veterinary surgery and medicine with paper presentations on Canine Pyometra at an International Symposium at Chennai.
With over 11 years of experience, Dr. Vishnu focuses on providing swift, compassionate care to pets in need and volunteered at local shelters and was actively involved in free spay & neuter programmes for the strays.


Dr. Mahitha Gudavalli
Dr. Mahitha Gudavalli, originally from India, is a recent graduate of the P.V.N.R.T.Veterinary University, India. She has a strong interest in small animal medicine, with a particular passion for surgery and critical care.
